felt like Kelvin just got married not long ago (for ya info, that was end of last year), and now it's his baby's fullmoon dinner... he upgraded his status very very fast.... from a husband to a proud father... there's no way anyone can run faster than him... hehee...

anyway, CONGRATS to Kelvin and Siow Hui !!!!

we're there at his house at Selayang as early as 6-ish... sat there and chit-chatted with my relatives while waiting for the dinner to start....
and of cos, time to camwhore... :)

Sakae Sushi & Scarlet

Sakae Sushi @ KLCC
27/06/08

last Friday, i had lunch at KLCC with Bok and his ex-colleague.... as usual, we went for my favourite japanese food - S U S H I !! Genki Sushi closed down last month and it was replaced by Sakae Sushi... due to lunch time, we need to queue up a while before we get a table... 3 of us managed to get a table at a corner with no lcd screen... hehee...

as usual, i took some photo with my N81...

ordered a Sakae Salad... with 3 slices of sashimi... hehee...

Fried Maki...

not-so-good, Kani ChawanMushi.... still heart the Genki's original ChawanMushi... :(

me and my salada... very full ler... :P

then, settled some office stuffs before we went back to office....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Scarlet @ Cineleisure

after work, i went home for dinner with my sis nearby our house.... left for Scarlet at 10++ for a drink with Siau Hui... YES, you heard me right.... just the two of us !!

we're not there to drink or party, but to join their lucky draw which we've joined earlier.... we reached there as early as 10.30pm, cos it was stated in the SMS that we received from them.... ordered a jug of beer and a plate of wedges while waiting for the Deejay to announce the winner....

they're very clever to have hold their customers in their premise cos they announce the winners after half an hour.... there're 3 winners altogether, with the grand prize worth 8K - either LCD Plasma TV or notebook and etc.... we waited until they announced the 1st prize winner at around 1am.... and we left the place - disappointedly.... hahaa....

a pic of us....

that's about it... :)

Joke of the Day

A lawyer and a blonde woman happen to be sitting next to each other on a flight from LA to New York . The lawyer leans over to the blonde and asks if she would like to play a fun game. The blonde is tired and just wants to take a nap, so she politely declines and turns over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists, saying that the game is really easy and a lot of fun. He explains how the game works. "I ask you a question; and, if you don't know the answer, you pay me and vice-versa."

Again, the blonde politely declines and tries to get some sleep. The lawyer figures that since his opponent is a blonde he will easily win the match, so he makes another offer. "Okay, how about this. If you don't know the answer, you pay me only $5; but, if I don't know the answer, I will pay you $500." This catches the blonde's attention and figuring that there will be no end to this torment unless she plays, she agrees to play the game.

The lawyer asks the first question. "What's the distance from theEarth to the moon?" The blonde doesn't say a word, reaches in to her purse, pulls out a 5-dollar bill, and hands it to the lawyer. Now, it's the blonde's turn. She asks the lawyer, "What goes up a hill with 3 legs, and comes down with 4?" The lawyer looks at her with a puzzled look. He takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references. He taps into the air-phone with his modem and searches the Net and even the Library of Congress. Frustrated he sends e-mails to all his coworkers and all of his friends. All to no avail. After over an hour of searching for the answer he finally gives up. He wakes the blonde and hands her $500. The blonde politely takes the $500 and turns away to go back to sleep.

The lawyer, who cannot imagine what the answer is, is going nuts trying to figure it out. He is more than a little frustrated. He wakes the blondeand asks, " So? What does go up a hill with 3 legs and comes down with 4?" The blonde reaches into her purse, hands the lawyer $5, and goes back to sleep.

07/06/08

Siau Hui celebrated her birthday one week earlier cos her ex-colleague (gonna be ex-colleague soon) - Janet is leaving to UK next Friday to further her studies...

Joe fetched me and Siau Hui to The Curve at 8pm for dinner at Dragon-i....

Siau Hui and me at Dragon i...

Joe... he took one day leave and came back for the Dumpling Festival...

we finished eating at around 9.30pm and went straight to Scarlet... since it was still early, we took some photos while waiting for others to come...

the birthday girl...

it was really too early, as you can only see the chairs and tables in this pic....

Rahim opening a bottle for us...

me and the red table... hehee....

us again...

Siau Hui and the earlybirds - the double "J".... Joe and Jeffrey...

Siau Hui with Kevin & Tracy....

Siau Hui and her galfrenss.....

CC, SH, Suki and Janet....

more and more people joining us... i think more than 25peoples.... we booked 3 tables.... know what, we need to open at least 3 bottles to book a table... how many bottles we opened ??? you count it yourself !! hahaaa....

these Electcoms people came quite late at 12.30am. right after their small Boss wedding dinner at KL Hilton... hehee...

Alice, SH, me and Janet...

Joe and Jeff went to Starbucks last minute to buy this chocolate cake...

Seng, Evelyn, Elaine, CC and Aquila....

during the whole night, Lee used my camera and snapped pics non-stop.... in the end, there was like almost 300 photos... before the party ends, my camera's battery also went flat... hahaa...

*faint faint*

but of course, not all of the photos are viewable... too many candid and supposed-to-be-sensored shots... hahaa... i only managed to select some of the photos and published it here... hehee.. :P

you may click on it for a larger image... :)

we partied and drank till it closed at 3am... most of them were so drunk especially the birthday gal... but i guessed, we have had an enjoyable night...

p/s: dont know why, after drinking that night, i went back home and noticed that i have rashes all over my body... it makes me scratch here and there the whole night... but it was gone day after and it came back at night again with some unbearable itchiness... !! =.="

ended up, i couldnt stand the itchiness anymore, and i went to see doctor very early in the morning at 7am this morning - doctor told me it's Allergy Reaction.... but allergy to what = UNKNOWN !!

* faint *

he gave me MC to rest at home, some medicine and cream to apply on those red bumps... after taking the medicine, THANK GOD, i am back to normal now (hopefully it wont come back again !!) :P
