A Lil Update

just a lil update...

with my big and round tummy, i find it quite hard to walk around... hahaa...

so i've started my early Maternity Leave on 19th Oct, Tuesday... waiting to deliver anytime... he decided to skip the good day 20.10.2010... :P

as i'm writing this post now, i am still hibernating at home... waiting for the D-Day anxiously...

hope my boy has chosen his own birthday and come out to see the beautiful world soon, real soon !!! please do not pick mummy's birthday ok ??

i'm actually quite lazy to blog lately... it's either i dont have the photos to update or i just dont have the mood to do anything... hehee...

anyway, managed to steal some photos from Su Hwee the "lao shi" 's FB... we had a Korean cuisine to celebrate her birthday....

it was a late dinner as we started around 9pm... we're the first to reach and luckily me and my Dear shared a bowl of Pan Mee before we joined them... hehee...

overall the food and the price was ok, they didnt charge the extra govt tax/service charges... remember to make a reservation earlier cos the place can be quite crowded... :)

Waiting Game ?

i'm currently at 37++ weeks...

and i'm in a "waiting game" now...

already got the "Admission Letter" from my doctor... means anytime from now, i can be admitted to the hospital... pheww, scary ler...

some said baby boy will come out earlier than the estimated due date (EDD), but some said it depends... few of my friends who has given birth also delivered 2-3 weeks earlier than their EDD...

if it is so true, i might be delivering anytime next week ?? hahaaa...

we will just wait and see ok ???

if i can choose the date, i would prefer my boy to come to this world on the 10th or 20th of October ( i have tried talking to my boy about it and will continue doing so... heheee)...

why ??

10.10.10 or 20.10.2010... nice right ?? easy to remember too... hehee...

and, my ROM was on 20.09.2009... PERFECT !!

i guess i just have nothing to update here... hahahaaa...

as i'm getting heavier and heavier each day, my daily routines/activities are a bit restricted... go to work, come home, dinner at home.. watch tv... play with my SIL's baby gal... then SLEEP... it's has been the same for quite some time.. hahaa...

i think the only thing i can do now is....

counting the days... 30, 29, 28, 27.......

cos my D-Day is coming very soon... :P

20.09.2009 is the date of our ROM...

time flies...

it's now 20.09.2010...

anyway, i'm still wondering... is it the date of ROM or wedding dinner is the so-called "wedding anniversary" ?? got once my mum told me, during their time... they only have wedding dinner, no ROM... so, there's only 1 day to remember and that's their Wedding Anniversary... so how ?? hahaaa... the people nowadays actually have two anniversaries to celebrate ?? unless your ROM is the same day of your "wedding day + wedding dinner"... :P

back to the main topic... i was craving for some nice spaghetti and my Dear suggested this Italian Restaurant nearby Cheras Leisure Mall... in fact, that's the only Italian restaurant nearby... :)

it's called Venezia Italian Restaurant... it's the corner lot at Jln Manis 4, quite a small shop with limited tables... it has a very simple interior...

Mrs Voo... oh my god, please don't look at my double chin !! this was one of the best shot of me after so many shots... terrible :(

we had soup of the day - Pumpkin soup (RM 6.50)... it looked very plain here, but it's quite nice and tasty !!

we also had the Calamari Fritti (RM 13.00)... cholesterol, cholesterol !!!

here comes my Fettucini Pescatora (RM 23.00).... the best dish of the day.... i like the sauce especially, it comes with a generous amount of la la, a few pcs of prawns and one pc of green mussel (countable eh ?? hahaa...) one word to describe = YUMMY !!!

O_o not all the food are nice there... such as the Fish & Chips (RM 17.90)... the breadcrumbs was a bit thick and i think the fish also not so fresh - almost tasteless... not gonna order this anymore !!

overall, the food was ok, it's just the 'waiting time"... it really take quite long for them to serve our food, but not the soup.... cos the soup was prepared much earlier...

after dinner, we walked over to Leisure Mall for a while, then walked back and had second round "yam cha" with his friends at Gilly Tan Cafe...

that's how we celebrated our "One Year ROM Anniversary"... hehee...

Swimming Time !!

since i'm pregnant, there's not much exercise i can do... the only "safe and comfortable" exercise is SWIMMING !! i think it's quite safe when you are inside the water, but not when you are out of it... cos it can be quite slippery !!

throughout my pregnancy till now @ 34weeks, i think i managed to swim for more than 5 times... :) anyway, i've only started doing it on my 3rd trimester... borrowed the maternity swimwear from my relative - Jessie... save some $$ !!

this time round, my Dear's sis brought her kids over for a swim...

opss... tat's the plus-sized me in the swimming pool...

Hui with her sons - Bin Bin & Yang Yang...

see his wet hair ?? he actually fell down once while playing at the kid's pool... then, another time - he fell off from his float, straight down to the water and scared to swim already... luckily, the maid managed to carry him up quickly...

baby Wei Si at 4mths ++ swimming with us... not swim la, she just sat inside the Ben10 float.... don't look at me please !!! i know i'm fat... hahaaa...

wahh, the baby gal enjoying herself.... sucking her fingers ?!! but indeed, she's a bit scared... after a while, she started crying... oppps, that's my tummy on the right side of the pic... the round flowerish thingie... :P

we only swam for around half an hour... and it's actually very tiring !!

after the swim, they rested for a while in my Mum's house and went for dinner together nearby...

no no... i did not revisit Bangkok... it's just the name of the Thai Restaurant we went to at One Utama... hehee... it has been operated for quite sometime, but it was my very first visit there.. :)

nothing much, i think i had a little crave for some Tom Yam... :P

Prenatal Massage @ Zenth Spa

it was a working day, but i took half day leave and went to Midvalley with my sis... hehee... actually, we supposed to go to Midvalley for a body massage together... but too bad, they only left one slot so i went for my prenatal massage alone at Zenth Spa while my sis walked around...

currently, Zenth Spa is having a promotion for HSBC cardholders - only RM58 for the first trial of aromatherapy/prenatal massage... :)

my appointment was at 4.30pm, so we walked around and took some photos.... they have this Hari Raya decoration at the main stage...

overall, the massage was quite good but a bit pricey for me.... if not mistaken, the original price was RM 208 for one hour... and, the location also not so convenient for me... :P

i was longing/craving for a body massage for so long... ^_^ i still remember the last body massage i had was in January this year at Bali during my honeymoon... heheee....

5weeks 2 days... still a very small creature... can't really see it !

a month after... he grew slightly bigger at 9 weeks 6 days... already can see that he moves a lot... active boy !!

one month later @ 13 weeks 1 day... it grew double in size... i was quite surprised... hehee.... can see his head and leg clearly in this sonogram... :)

another 1 month plus to go... jia youuu.....
