it's the 100th days since my Dad left us...woke up very early this morning.... me and my bro went to Nirwana Memorial Park at Semenyih with my Dear for a small prayer... my Mum couldn't make it as she was still at JB.... brought some offerings for Dad....

we misses you so so much, Dad... hope you are well up there !!

my Dear went for a small surgery on his right eye cos there's a small thing like 'pimple' growing inside his eyelid... after the surgery, he need to put that bandage on for four hours....

it is still not okay now, i think he need to go for a follow-up session...

p/s: i'm gonna have two busy weekends continuously... the 11th World of Chinese Book Fair is back at The Mines Convention Centre (20th Nov - 29th Nov 2009).... come meet us @ Booth X63, X64, X 71 and X72 !!!

House Warming

woww... didn't realize that we've moved to our new place for 2 weeks already... and, it's time for a "small" house warming party... invited some relatives and close friends... but, kinda disappointed that most of my friends couldn't make it...

nevertheless, we've had some SURPRISE from my aunt from JB and Singapore... they came all the way from JB on Friday afternoon, and went to our condo to surprise my mum... and she was really shocked when she saw all of them coming out from the staircase !! hahaaa...

went to this beautiful place called Fish Farm Thai Restaurant for dinner last Saturday with my Dear's friends... it was located in a quite secluded area in Hulu Langat... it was somewhere nearby Lookout Point... just 5 mins drive away... by the way, don't drive too fast, or you'll miss the junction to turn in as the road was quite dark at night...

we need to go thru some bumpy road before we reached the destination....

the restaurant was built on stilts...

the menu...

the guys studying the menu... what should we order ???

a bottle of "tody", homemade liquor made from coconut juice... it has a strong smell and taste, just mix it with Stout !!

our food for the night : a very tasty Steamed Talapia in Thai Lemon sauce, some salty Tomyam soup x 2, BBQ lamb (not bad) x 2, BBQ crab @ RM55 per kg, Fried Spinach (something special) and the not-so-good Salty Egg Fried Sotong... basically, the sotong tasted a bit weird, not like those we had elsewhere....

the galsss - Su Hwee, Kar Yen, Daphne, errr... i forgot her name... and me !!

the guysss - Jun Kai, Keat, Jonathan and Yee Fatt....

all in all, our bill came up to RM 211.50...

make sure you call to book a table as they're quite packed and crowded during weekends...

finally, i have the time to blog about my House Moving Day... hehee... it's been more than a week since we moved from Bkt Maluri to Medan Putra Condo at Manjalara... :P

woke up around 9-ish and all of us went to our new place for cleaning and painting...

luckily, i managed to get some experts to help us to paint, or else we wouldn't have finished painting the whole place in 1 single day.... thanks to Leslie !!

Jia Qin... he came for a while to kacau then went back for afternoon nap....

bought a new aircond for the living hall...

we had McD for late lunch... worst experience of ordering McD - they took more than an hour to deliver 10 sets meal !! and, the delivery guy blamed it on the "packing" staff.... *faint*

they finished painting around 8-ish !! pheww.... luckily, we still have time to go back and pack our stuff...

JQ came back to kacau again at night... hahaaa...

throw roll the oranges(as in "kam" - gold) all around the house.... for some "ONG".... Jia Qin was really throwing the oranges to the floor... hahaa...

we were very busy from morning... so, i didn't have the time to take photos of the lorry and the people helping us...

this time, all the helpers were mainly my brother's friends and my cousins.... around 6-8 of them... not forgetting, our lorry driver - Mr Eric S'ng, the most important guy !! and also, Endroo and Szer !!

- Part 9 -

finally, it's the last post entry about my 5 days HONG KONG trip.... :P i still have other things to blog about... just queueing up only... heheee...

once we reached Central, the first thing we done was to hunt for FOOD.... hungry lerr ~~ went to Restaurant Chui Wah...

ordered a Hainanese Chicken Rice (yummy), Braised Pig Trotters Rice (nothing special), Prawn Noodle (almost tasteless), Baked Cheese & Pork Rice (average) and Chu Zai Bao... :)

after our late lunch, we took MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui for more shopping...

after some tiring walk, we went for some dessert at some shop at some back lane... hahaa....

we shared these cos it's almost dinner time....

we took MTR to Mongkok for the famous Women Street (Lui Yan Gai)....

after stuffing ourselves with food, we went for some walk at Lui Yan Gai again... done some final shopping.... hehee... took a bus back to my sis's place and stayed there for a while... then, we took a cab back to hotel, too lazy to walk :P

didnt realise that we bought so many things until we pack our stuffs ... hahahaaa...

- Day 5 -

our flight was at 10.50am.... woke up as early as 7-ish... got ready and took a cab to my sis's place and fetched my mum and bro to airport... my sis needs to work, so she didnt send us off to airport... :P

our taxi driver - Mr Cheung Kwok Wing ??? hahaaa....

we spent too much time looking for the check-in counter... left too little time for breakfast and shopping... :P

had a quick breakfast at this fast food outlet - POPEYES....

don't really know why, we're always late to catch our flight... we should have enough time but still... hahaaa... run baby, run !!

we're the last few to board our flight... i remember the last time i came to HK with my mum.. we almost miss the flight also... !!!! terrible experience...

it was drizzling, so we're given a red umbrella...

oh my GOD... 1 big trolley full of luggage, paper bags and plastic bags...

it was my first visit to Madame Tussauds in HK... back in 2006, i went to Madame Tussauds at London city with my mum and sis... almost the same, nothing so special but just that they have more "HK artistes" there...

ohhh... time flies...

so fast and it's our last full day in HK - Day 4.... catching the morning flight back to KL the next day...

woke up early around 9 am and walked to my sis's place... we had breakfast at a Char Chan Teng nearby...

we ordered some set breakfast and ala carte - pork burger, peanut toast, chu zai bao and etc...

after breakfast, we took a bus to The Peak...

we're supposed to take the tram up to the hill but due to the super long queue under the hot sun, we decided to take a cab... didn't know that there're cab for 5 persons in HK...

the first thing we did was to visit my sis's working place - Sunshine House, international pre-school... actually, my mum wanted to visit the toilet... hehee.... while waiting, i took lots of photos... felt like a small kid, back to school...
