CNY Eve 2009

- Reunion Lunch at Home -

we had a simple home-cooked reunion lunch at home... Mum woke up as early as 6am to go to market, prayers and to prepare for the lunch... of cos, i got helped out a bit laaa... :P

Mum's delicious CNY dishes...

this year, sis's "hubby" joined our luncheon.... :P

rested for a while, and went for gambling at my aunt's house at Sunway SPK... after a while, it was time for dinner at Restoran Kok Hing nearby my house... earlier, my dad booked a table for 8 course meal inclusive of Yee Sang for RM398... overall the food was much better than last year and it's even cheaper...

after the dinner, all of us went home... rested for a while before we went for gambling at SPK again.. afterall, CNY is all about eating and gambling !! hahaaa...

around 12am, we went home for prayers...

then, there were some fireworks that brighten up the dark sky....

all of us slept quite late that night... heheee....

went for a small gathering cum gambling session + "lou sang" at Kelvin's house at Selayang... supposed to pick up my sis from airport, ended up, my bro went alone.. hehee...

after the Lou Sang session, we continued gambling till 3-ish... know what, all of us lost to Soon Keong... it was crazy, he was the banker and won RM500 !!! and, we only managed to get him to spend us mamak cos it was too late for dimsum... :P

went there after work with my brother for dinner with our relatives.... the traffic was quite bad, but we managed to reach on time... and, we're the first to reach.. so, went for a walk up to the "Menara Tinjau" there....

last Saturday we went for my uncle's 70th birthday celebration at Parkview Restaurant at Waterfront, Desa Park City... there're altogether 11 tables...

Buffet Dinner @ Sushi Station, Kepong

my bro has been talking about Sushi Station and wanted to bring my parent to have dinner there... at last, we decided to give it a try... it's a japanese style buffet steamboat + barbeque.... almost the same as Bar-B-Q Plaza at One Utama... but at Sushi Station, there's an array of sushi to choose from on the conveyor belt, and it was actually served on a train... there's another outlet at Sungei Wang....

and lastly, we had ice cream for dessert.... i had 2 (two, dua) of this.... hahahaa... fattening-nya...the chocolate and vanilla + choc chip ice cream was very nice ler... cant resist !!

it costs us RM20.80 per person.... and unlimited green tea at RM1.80 per cup per person... quit worthy for those big eaters like my brother !! hahaa...
