- Part 1 -

it's not the same Gopeng trip as usual... this time, we went for an adventurous trip - WHITE WATER RAFTING at Sg Kampar !!!! although it's just a 2days 1 night trip, but i took lots and lots of photossss.... so, i begin with Part 1....

we started our journey in 4 cars as early as 6-ish, when the sky is still dark.... drove all the way to Gopeng and had our usual breakfast there - "lai fun"....

the "lai fun and the liu" and the yummy coffee + milo ice....

wow, we didnt planned to wear BLACK !! all BLACK !!!!

right after our breakfast, we rested for a while at my uncle house before we headed to our destination....

after some 15 minutes drive, we reached our destination... there were altogether 3 resorts there - MyGopeng Resort, Rainforest Resort and Adeline Rest House... first, we went to MyGopeng Resort, parked our cars and went to the reception... but no reservation for us...

saw a group of people playing Paint Ball...

next, we drove to Rainforest Resort but still no reservation for us... we couldnt contact our organiser due to the bad reception, almost ZERO !! and they were on their way from Ipoh... finally, we went to Adeline Rest House and managed to check in....

soon after, it was lunch time... it was a buffet style lunch....

we had a yummy-licious 6-course lunch - Adeline homemade sambal, sweet & sour chicken, sesame oil chicken, sambal petai, small fishes from the river and vegetables + watermelon....

beautiful kampung houses all made from rattan and split bamboo...

after our heavy lunch, we rested for a while before we go for the WHITE WATER RAFTING....

p/s: i was on MC for 2 days due to food poisoning after having dinner at a restaurant at Desa Park City on Sunday night after we came back from Gopeng.... 7 out of 9 of us was down with diarrhea and vomitting... what a bad luck !!
