HK & GZ Trip 2011 - Day 4

- day 4 -

it was our last day in HK... met up with the rest of them at Hung Hom train station... we had a quick breakfast at Maxim Cafe.. then we took the 10.20am train back to Guangzhou...

my sis had warned us earlier that it gonna be very cold on that day... and it was indeed very COLD !! once we got down from the train, we're slapped by the COLD wind in the face... we quickly layered Jordan with jackets and shawl... *shivering*

we got a van outside the train station to send us to Grand Continental Hotel... we stayed there for 2 nights...

once we settled our luggage, we walked over to a restaurant nearby for our lunch... but the food was so so only.. didn't take any photo though...

Beijing Road ?

we walked to the train station and took the train to Sun Yat Sen Memorial... if not mistaken, my first visit to the memorial was in 1997... 14 years ago !!

a family pic... it was still very cold, and Jordan was sleeping soundly in my arm...

there were having some function there, so we were not allowed to enter...

after taking some photos there, few of us took a cab to 上下九步行街... and the rest of them took the train... there was some miscommunication in between, we wasted around 45mins waiting for them... so we quickly went for our dinner...

forgot what's the place called but the food was quite ok...

the happy boy all geared up for the cold weather... hahaa...

after a while, i decided to carry him with the carrier...

busy 上下九步行街...

went back to hotel in separate cabs...
