Day 2 - Morning

here comes Part 2 of my Cameron Highland trip....

all of us woke up around 8 something... and again, i was the last to wake up... hahaa.... being the youngest among the group always have the privilege to sleep more... :P

had wantan mee at Brinchang for breakfast...

after breakfast, we're off to our first destination - Bharat Tea Plantation at Tanah Rata...

the weather was quite warm that morning... after spending some time at the plantation, we went to Sg Bisik waterfall.... it's a mini waterfall nearby the tea plantation... and we just stopped there for a while to snap some photos...

then, we went to the Boh Tea Garden and Tea Centre...

visited the tea factory...

then, again we went for another tea drinking session.... it's all about tea and strawberries here in Cameron... nothing much actually...

varieties of flavoured tea bag packed in colourful packing...

us again... enjoying life to the max....

ordered a pot of Passion Fruit tea... and strawberry tart... a very nice one.. :)

next, we're off to Smoke House to take photo... unfortunately, it started to drizzle... i managed to snap a few pics there....

Part 1

i'm backkk !!

as you can see, i labelled this post entry as Part 1...

cos....

i took lots and lots of photos during my trip.... and there're altogether 400 over photos !! but of cos i'm not gonna post it all up, and you will get bored... hahaa... i will select some nice one but mind you, my "some" here means a lot too.... and that's the reason i separate into few post entry...

let's start with Day 1.... we went there in 2 cars... me and my sis sat in Soon Keong's car... we left KL at around 2pm...

i aint gonna write much... just let the photos do the talking.... :)

we stopped at Bidor for the famous Duck noodle in herbal soup....

SK shopped for some local specialties....

after our late lunch, we're off to Cameron Highland... i slept all the way till we reached at around 7pm... we went straight to check in our apartment... hehee... my colleague recommended us to stay at Desa Anthurium apartment... it's located in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang...

we unloaded our luggages and went to the pasar malam at Brinchang....

we walked for a while at the pasar malam and it started to drizzle... so, we went for our steamboat dinner at Restaurant Highland nearby the pasar malam.... they use charcoal for the steamboat.... it's such a nice weather to eat steamboat...

everyone were so hungry... and attacked the hot pot...

the vegetables were so fresh, so delicious and so tasty...

after dinner, we went back to our apartment...

the agent booked the date wrongly for us and she has no choice but to give us a very lousy and run down unit... luckily, she agreed to return our money... we're so lucky to get another 2-storey pent house at the same area...

Sakae Sushi & Ice Bar, The Sanctuary

Sakae Sushi @ Subang Parade

know what, i had sushi for lunch at Genki Sushi at KLCC yesterday and dinner at Sakae Sushi at Subang Parade... oh my god... two sushi meals in a row... hahaa... anyway, i love japanese food... so, why NOT ?? hehee...

it was my first visit to Sakae Sushi... i wanted to try the outlet at The Curve for so long, but didnt have a chance to do that... at last, i managed to try it out at Subang Parade outlet... actually, it's been so so long i didnt go to Subang Parade... i think my last visit was more than 15 years... back then, i was like 10 years old ?? hahaa....

anyway, just a short update before my trip to Cameron Highland later.... :P

The Sanctuary & Ice Bar @ The Curve

after dinner, went for my drinking session at The Sanctuary again.... it's been a while since i last went there.... actually, we went there to finish our bottle of Hennesy that we left there on 31st Dec '07 during our countdown there... hahaaa...

we bumped into Chee San's ex-colleague - Cornelius and another ex-colleague from Electcoms - Max....

Aquila also joined us... CC and Evelyn... thanks to Evelyn for helping us to keep the bottle for more than 3 months... hehee...

oh my god, five of us actually finished the whole bottle of Hennesy in less than an hour... !! then, Michael and his friend bought another 2 bottles of Black Label...

after a while, Evelyn brought me and Siau Hui into the newly renovated ICE BAR.... it has been relocated to the other part inside The Sanctuary and it was slightly bigger than the previous Ice Bar, more spacious than before... and it was so damn cold inside, -15degree celcius !!! we were allowed to stay inside for around 10 mins only...

the first few minutes was still ok for me.... but after a while, i started to freeze.... i quickly get myself a jacket in order for me to stay inside there longer.... such a loser... hahahahaha....

ahhh... much better in the jacket now... so much warmer... :)

after some icy moment in Ice Bar, we continue drinking till 2am !!
